in contrary to traditional one which we can find on the shops’ shelves does not contain powdered milk, colouring agents and other unnecessary and harmful substances. It is on the other hand rich in mineral components, valuable for health. It consists of unroasted cocoa beans, cocoa butter and coconut blossom sugar.

the production process the raw chocolate is not subject to high temperature, the temperature of conching our chocolate does not exceed 45 C, thus it retains numerous valuable properties. Magnesium is the most important component contained in raw chocolate, it helps to counteract stress, among others. It is also rich in phosphorus called the beauty element which influences beneficially the skin, hair and nails. It has also antioxidant features which delay the aging process and bolster immune system. Moreover it contributes to improving the mood and boosts concentration.
